Scope: Installation of new partitions walls to form a kitchenette, boardroom, office area, break out area, meeting room and open plan office space. Fit out works including electrical, data, mechanical, painting and plumbing. Supply and installation of all joinery and cabinetry. Installation of vinyl floor coverings to kitchenette area. Installation of all furniture supplied by the client.
